Conference Attendees
Usually conferences bring together individuals with common professional interests. Conference attendees listen to presenters and some exchange information to stay connected after the conference. Our workshops create spaces for attendees to better connect on both a personal and professional level. We create a unique learning and exchange experience for the attendees. Host Synergic Workshops for members of Senior Communities
Through our workshops we promote feelings of openness, adventurousness, and willingness to talk among older adults. We create group activities to facilitate conversation in small groups. We use storytelling to connect people and promote hope and sense of meaning for senior members.

Small businesses can benefit from collaborating with other small businesses. Small businesses share many similarities within or across sectors. However, they are often disconnected from other businesses. We guide our workshop participants through activities to identify potential ways of collaboration for the sustainability and improvement of businesses.
